Limited Warranty
L-Guard Forklift Tire Cda offers a twelve month limited warranty on all models and sizes of tires distributed throughout North America.
Should you wish to make a claim using this warranty, you are advised to contact the dealer from which you purchased the L-Guard Tires. The selling dealer will be happy to assist in the repair or replacement of your tires, within the below warranty coverage.
L-Guard Cda Forklift Tire Limited Warranty
Every new tire sold by L-Guard Cda Forklift Tires, a division of CFD Limited, or its dealer network, is guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material at the time of manufacture.
Should a tire defect be suspected, L-Guard Cda will request to examine the tire either physically or by photographs - at its discretion. If upon examination the tire is found to be defective a refund will be issued for the original purchase price or the purchase price pro-rated to the amount of useful tread still remaining on the defective tire.
Charges for service, mounting, transportation and disposal remain the responsibility of the claimant.
This warranty will not apply if the tire has been;
- incorrectly installed,
- incorrectly specified for the application,
- altered,
- repaired,
- misused,
- stored inappropriately,
- or has been in operation for a period of more than 12 months in a manner which has affected the performance of the tire.
This warranty is the only warranty applicable to L-Guard Cda brand tires, and there are no conditions, representations, guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, other than expressed in this statement.
L-Guard Cda is not liable for any damages or claims caused by the tire whether arising in tort or contract by statute or otherwise, whether such damages are direct, indirect, special, consequential or otherwise. All liability is limited strictly to repairing or crediting the amount in accordance with the above mentioned provision in the warranty.
This warranty is exclusive for the benefit of the purchasing user and is not assignable.
